OVERVIEW:
Our refund and returns policy is based on a 30 day billing cycle. At any time during the length of any given month, you request a refund, we will honor your request from the date we receive it, even if it might take a few days to actually cancel your ad. We always err on the side of our clients!
REFUNDS:
Once you request a refund, we will honor the date and time your refund is received by us. All refunds given are pro-rated based on the number of days your ad has been appearing. For example, if the cost of your ad is $30.00/month, and you elect to cancel your ad on the 15th day, we will reimburse $1.00 for each day your ad did not appear, or $15.00.
Late or missing refunds
If you have requested a refund and have not received it, please be patient as it does take some time for our payment processors to honor your request. At the most, you should expect a delay of up to 15 days. If after 15 days you have still not received the balance of your refund, please contact us again and we will further inquire on your behalf. If it has been 15 days and your refund has still not been processed, please email us again at: {email address}.
Refunds on Sales and Special Promotions
If you purchased under a special sale or promotion, please note that we will reimburse or refund based on the cost of your sale or promotion.
